-New Product Introduction- Multi-range, remote mounted, Block Converters covering full and extended Ku-Bands

Adding to our current range of High Performance, remote mounted, multi-range, Block Up & DownConverters, Peak Communications have released new products to allow coverage of the full extended transmit Ku-Band (12.75-14.5GHz) and the full Receive Ku-Band (10.7-12.75GHz).

The PBU2000 covers the Ku-Band transmit in 2-ranges.
The PBU3000 covers the Ku-Band transmit in 3-ranges (for systems with limited L-Band bandwidth).

The PBD2000 covers the Ku-Band (10.95-12.75GHz) receive in 2-ranges.
The PBD2001 covers the Ku-Band (10.70-12.75GHz) receive in 2-ranges.

These products are offered in compact weatherproof enclosures and are fitted with internal range switching and single input and output connections. Range selection is performed via remote control.

For control, the unit incorporates a serial communications interface as standard and an optional Ethernet interface that supports control from a web-page or SNMP network management system.
The FPC100 is also offered which is a standard 19” rack mount control unit that can interface with up to three PBU(B)/PBD(B) units plus the T/R1000HR 1+1 or T/R2000HR 2+1 remote mounted redundancy switch unit.
